How long does a website project usually take to complete?

Timelines depend on the spec of the website, but most sites are done within 4 weeks. eCommerce projects take longer 6-8 weeks depending upon some factors.

Does your team have the skills needed for my project?

Our team is technically proficient in latest technologies, designers have an eye for modern and appealing designs and developers makes sure websites look and working on all devices.

How easy is it for me to change the content myself?

We mostly use WordPress to build sites which is very user-friendly tool for adding new content, edit content, and to remove content easily and quickly.

How many meetings can we have?

We guide you through the process and ask for your feedback at every milestone. We have vast experience in delivering website projects, so we will go through multiple stages in hierarchy so that you never get to a stage where you don’t feel comfortable with the progress.

Do we have a dedicated project manager?

Of course, a dedicated individual will work with you throughout the project who liaison with rest of our staff, so it will be an enjoyable project work experience for you.

What are your payment terms?

We usually take 50% up front as advance, 25% on design sign off, and 25% on development. But these terms can be discussed if needed, we are flexible, we just want to work with the right partner.

We have a limited budget; will you still work for us?

We work with a range of clients, from start-up brands through to the large companies. Our mindset is that we want to work with clients who understand the way things work and have vision to reach goals with mutual understanding. In terms of budget, the easiest way to find out is to let us know what your budget is, we can advise the best way of spending it.

Does it matter, we’re not based in Manchester?

Not at all, we work with clients all over the world, so location does not matter, we will guide you through the process and communicate with you clearly at every stage via Email, Phone, WhatsApp. If needed, we will visit you in your office.

Can we request you to visit us in our office?

Many customers highly value this service as it saves them time and hassle, so we visit them in their office or meet in a public place like coffee shop.

Who owns all the work done, ownership of the website?

Clients have the right to all the source code, in fact the work done mostly resides on clients hosting server under their domain name. Even in future, if client decides to go with another service provider, complete work done is in their possession. We recommend clients to have domain and hosting created using their personal email for extra security and freedom. We use royalty free images and licenced themes for web development.

How do you ensure ongoing support and improvement after website goes live?
